Opie attacks?

Ryan as Opie is really one of his best roles. He himself said he didn’t know that guy was in him. He really seems to grasp the role and bring it to life. Ryan is the reason I even started watching Sons of Anarchy and I am glad he made it as a full time cast member.

I thought I would start with these, I will start posting more Ryan as Opie here shortly.

Hard to find videos of Ryan Hurst not as Opie, I may have to make one myself someday. Till then…

I really find him to be a exceptional actor.

A remarkably versatile actor with marked skills behind the camera.
Ryan D. Hurst is best known for his breakout performance starring opposite Denzel Washington in Disney's mega-hit Remember the Titans, for which he also directed the film's second unit footage.

Hurst's 15 years of steady, wide raging television credits include Steven Spielberg's Taken (mini-series, 10 episodes), TNT's action packed cop drama Wanted Emmy® award winning Medium (three seasons, reoccurring).

Among his professional theater credits, Hurst's starring role in The Last Night of Ballyhoo earned him the "Best Performance in a Comedy" award from Backstage West.

The Viking Underground Repertory, Hurst's Equity Theater Production Company, debuted to rave reviews in 2004 with its newly adapted production of One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, in which Hurst starred, directed and produced.

Hurst founded Fast Shoes Productions, with his wife Molly Cookson.

Hurst makes his feature length directorial debut with the film adaptation of Noah Levine's best-selling memoir, Dharma Punx in 2009.

Ryan is Married to Molly Cookson...

Ryan now as an on going role in the FX series Sons of Anarchy.
